Q: How quickly can you respond?

A: Our goal is to arrive on the job site in one hour or less. We are available for emergency service twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week.

 

Q: Are your services covered by insurance?

A: Most homeowner insurance policies cover water loss, fire damage restoration and mold remediation jobs.

 

Q: Can Master-Tech Emergency Services, Inc work directly with my insurance company?

A: Yes, Master-Tech can work directly with your insurance company. We provide this as a service to our clients at no additional cost.

 

Q: How much will it cost?

A: Homeowner or condo insurance policy deductibles are typically $250-$1000. The out-of-pocket expense to our customers is equal to or LESS than the deductible. Our goal is to keep cost at a minimum while providing a high standard of quality.  

 

Q: What is involved in the restoration process?

A: The process is intended to restore the home/business to a pre-loss condition and consists of an inspection, extraction of water/sewage, chemical wipe-down, drying of wet materials and a final cleanup.
